3. Is there a fee to list my property on ARALC?

 

 

No! Listing your property on ARALC is completely free. We do not charge any fees for listing or for connecting with cash buyers.

13. Is ARALC involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers?

 

 

No, ARALC is a networking platform that connects property sellers with cash buyers and investors unless we contact you for an in-house cash offer, in which case we are obviously involved.

 

We do not facilitate transactions and are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements that arise within transaction that don't involve ARALC directly. All agreements and transactions are handled directly between the buyer and seller.

 

 

 

14. Will ARALC offer Payday Loans or other financing options in the future?

16. Is it safe to use ARALC’s platform?

 

 

Absolutely! While ARALC provides a secure platform for listing properties and connecting with buyers, please note that we will never ask for any fees or payments for listing your property.

 

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent ARALC and requests payment outside of an agreed-upon transaction, it is likely a scam. Contact us immediately if this happens.

 

 

 

 

 

17. What should I do if I’m contacted by someone requesting payment on behalf of ARALC?

 

 

If you’re contacted by anyone claiming to represent ARALC and asking for payments or fees, do not proceed with the request. Please contact us at contact@aralc.org or call us at
